Your responsibilities will include ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Qualifications: We are seeking candidates who possess: A genuine passion for culinary arts and a drive for excellence. Several years of professional experience, with a previous role as a Chef for at least two years. Strong culinary skills are a must, with artisanal pizza experience being a major plus. The ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Duties: As the Chef De Cuisine , your duties will include: Overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Creating and developing innovative menus based on seasonal ingredients Managing inventory and ordering. Hiring, training and supervising kitchen staff. Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. Collaborating with the restaurant management team to develop and implement cost-effective strategies. Monitoring food quality and consistency to meet quality expectations. Key Responsibilities: Lead menu development and innovation, infusing the spirit of the Riviera into every dish.
